A few weeks ago, an Israeli journalist asked Javad Zarif about the situation of Majid Tavakoli, a prisoner of the student movement, to which he replied that he did not know Tavakoli at all. The minister's lack of familiarity with Tavakoli led to a wave of protest reactions from bloggers, to the point that Zarif was forced to deny the issue altogether.
